1. If you have a fever or other cold symptoms, take a break from work or school and refrain from going out. Resting is good for yourself, and it is an important action that can help prevent the spread of infection.

  3. Isolate yourself in your room as soon as possible and let your hosts know so that they can take the necessary steps to protect you and themselves.

  5. When medical workers determine that infection is suspected, you will be told to go to particular hospital to get tested. Please refrain from going multiple hospitals/ clinics. Depending on diagnosis, you will take PCR test.
  6. Homii team will discuss subsequent actions with you and your host. If you want to cancel the stay before you start, Cancellation fees may be waived based on Homii's cancellation policy.
  7. If confirmed, your Homiii account will be suspended for at least two weeks to allow time for your recovery and the security of future guests. Accordingly, new requests cannot be sent while the service is suspended.
  8. When you are recovered and ready to use Homii again, please inform Homii team. Your account will be reinstated once the Homii team determines that you can use Homii again.
